"Sovtest ATE" was founded in 1991, in the year of dramatic changes for Russia, when the Soviet Union with its Communist rules and traditions collapsed leaving the stage for the new government and new country.
Government was no longer the only one proprietor in the country, but still it was a real challenge for "Sovtest ATE" to begin its activity in conditions of the global changes which needless to say leaded to an inevitable economical crisis.
